Painting EBC Greens?

I just bought new pads for my Red RT/10.
It looks like the front caliper will cover the green pads w/o a problem, but the rears will show. What are my painting options so I don't look like a green and red xmas Viper? Someone said VHT spray paint? Is this correct? Also, my rotors seem to be fine. How can I tell if they need to be turned? The car has 20,000 miles and original brakes.

The paint should work fine, but the green gets covered in brake dust in no time anyway. Also, the rotors should be turned whenever you put on new pads.

I used VHT almost two years ago....sanded them first with #220 wetted with Simple Green. Still looks great.

Should I just take the rotors to NAPA to be turned, or do they sometimes just have to be cleaned up? I've heard different opinions.
