Passenger Side Airbag

Is there a breakaway section of the dash for the passenger side airbag on the SRT-10, I can see a line forming on the dash about where the airbag would deploy. How big of a job is it to pull the top of the dash and replace it, I can see this coming in the near future if the dash cracks like I think it is going to.
