Pedal Adjustment, kits available

I know there has to be a kit or some way to shift the pedals to the right, right? My 2000 ACR had what I believe was a kit installed prior to me buying it, and I want to do the same thing to a car I just purchased...

Anybody know of the "kit" or method used to get the pedals shifted over?

This is not to be confused with kits that raise or lower the brake in relation to the gas pedal.

I can't see it being done. After taking my assembly out a few weekends ago, you would have to do some major fabercating for that to happen. Some of the things that would have to be relocated would be the hydraulic clutch linkage, break booster linkage which would involve drilling of the firewell plus the relocations of the foot pedal assembly bolt holes. I would be interested if there was a kit out there also.

Because the pedals are too far to the left. And it has been done - either that or the 2000 models have better pedal placement than the 1996 GTS.

Anyone know the correct answer to this?

Ok, now I know I am not crazy -

The 2000 ACR's pedals are almost an inch farther to the right than my "new" 1996 GTS. It was measured against another GTS (1998) and its an inch over to the right as well.

Does anyone have a clue to this mystery? I really would like to get my pedals shifted over!

Gas not sure, but the clutch and brake, almost 1 inch.

After doing some extensive checking I cannot find anyone who knows about a kit that will allow moving the clutch and brake (sideways). However, the gas pedal can be moved and maybe that's what was done on your 2000 GTS -- someone had moved the gas pedal closer to the brake. Sean Roe has a reference sheet on how to move the gas pedal.
