Must not be Unix or Netscape for Unix friendly because I still get the Not Found message.

It doesn't work with Netscape. It appears the webserver is doing some sort of automatic client detection, redirecting a Netscape client to http://www.pcglobal.net/viper/index_nn4.html which does not exist.

Use IE and it works.
