I've been looking at the 09's, and I'm told the dealers have been notified of a $2450 price increase starting next week. What is Dodge thinking.....?

why wait and get a 09 get a new 08 at a great price,same car.

Is this really true? If so, the executive that thought of this is an idiot! Hum... pay $2500 more than 08s sticker for a 2009 car or pay $10K less than sticker for an 08? I wonder what I would do!

Its how they get you to buy all the 08s sitting on lots.Does not take that much to figure out.Corvette is doing the same thing.
If it is the final production year and if they only make 200 cars in 09' does that mean the extra $2500 was worth it for future collectibility? Maybe, but maybe not. Is there something else they have included and rolled into that cost? Are 09' features and options all finalized? Maybe stoptech rotors are standard for 09'? Has to be a reason beyond just raising for no reason.
