profile picture doesnt show up??

Can anyone tell me why my profile picture doesnt show up? I have looked in my profile and it is there but doenst show up when i do a posting. Thanks

Thanks for the help, Figured it out, was the avatar setting. Just finding my way around this site as a newbie. Great people and great help. Thanks
