Question regarding Viper blue color(s)

I know the Viper GTS Blue paint code is PBE, but I'm wondering if it's a metallic paint?

I also remember seeing a 1997 Viper GTS blue pearl coat metallic... is that the same color (PBE) ? or it's a different one?

I want to make sure since I'm looking into a metallic color. Love the GTS Blue but I'm unsure it been metallic or not.

I just had the NACA duct painted on my silver/blue and that's the paint code they used and it is metallic.

Very simply PBE is called .....................Viper GTS Blue , and it is the same code as the 97 GTS you referenced.
