Dude... where's your car...... oh yeah.. you don't have one..... yet

C'mon, you've been talking this game for a year.... you've got to expect some smack!

Now get with the program... fly to the Viper and drive it home... even if it costs more than shipping. :headbang:

As I have stated before, not everyone is as fortunate as some. Some like me truly doo need to scrape and scrap until they are " ready ". And I am " finally ready ".

Melia, you seem like a nice and cool girl.

However, it won't do any good to lower your viper. In 93,the viper and diablo were the lowest production cars at 43.9" high, so there really isn't a need.

Also, you might want to think about losing the 2ft wing, and especially that fake air scoop. Once you start putting some fake stuff on it, it makes the car look tacky, people will start to question what else is fake on the car. You will lose a lot of respect from people on the road.

I mean it's your car, so do whatever you want. I feel that the RT/10 is the most beautiful in it's original form without big fake add-ons, so you might want to bring it back that way.

I hope this helps, Andy

Andy,

Thats why we drive different cars.....

You dont like Autoform wing or the scoop, Great.

I happen to like the wing, in the matter of fact I have one on my -93, just a bit smaller one. There is a big difference with Autoform products and "$55 Honda wings"...

I think the RT/10 looks like a it is missing a lot without the wing. I kept it in "original form" for 2 years and I am VERY happy with the wing and a spoiler in the front too.
Tacky? One likes daughter, one mother... You keep the mother.

Regarding respect on the road, I'll get what I want with the NX Express System.
The only thing most of the guys will see is my tacky wing!

:2tu:

Besides, why would I ever want to modify MY car to YOUR specifications or liking??????????

I think you may have a major problem with tires rubbing if you go to 19 inch rims after lowering the car. I have had problems with 17 inch rims rubbing after installing the kit.

Guys I'm having major problems...

I still have not lowererd the car because I'll still waiting on my rims/tires and now I'm not sure if I'm going to need to lower the car after I get the 19's

I've seen a few Gen II's that had to be lowered, and I love the Gen I's that have been lowered, but I'm not sure it is going to work!

I hope to have the wheels in soon... I might have some Eibach Springs for a Gen I available and a set of 17" Chrome 3-spokes (front tires are good... needs new rears)

Yeah, I thought you might have this problem. Depends on how far much you lower it and how much the radius increases from the wheel center point. Together, if you're not careful, you could end up rubbing. Best to take measurements before you start.
