Quick VEC II question

Sorry if this may be a dumb question, but if I disconnect my battery, is there any risk of losing the current tune loaded in my VECII

Hey Marty.
No, emissions junk. Had some hi-flo cats and new O2's put on a couple weeks ago, but still need some additional tuning as throwing rich bank CEL's. The cats cost me 23 rwhp on the top end, but gained about the same in the mid-range... so I will have to live with that compromise. I need to get some miles on her though, so I can get the PCM to register that the cats are working properly, but driving around in 30 degree weather isn't exactly fun.
