My rear window for my 96 RT/10 will not fit into place unless I really use force and then it is really tough releasing the pins to remove the window. does anyone have a solution? Seems to be no place for adjustments

Should have mentioned that to me last weekend! I had the same problem with mine. It was caused by the bottom rubber liner pulling away from window. That made the window not sit properly in the liner and thus made it "taller". Not sure if you have the same problem but I was able push mine back together and I'm thinking of sticking some glue in the liner to keep it there.

Of course I prefer a tight fit so it doesn't blow out when I'm trying to follow you guys!

When I got my 94, the rubber was coming off the glass on the rear window. I glued it back on with some silicone glue. I used a whole bunch of rubber bands to hold the rubber seated in place while it set. It seems to be holding. The window is a tight fit. The top plunger things are a little hard to get in place. The window does go in and it does come out. I haven't tried it in rain yet but I think it probably wouldn't leak. If yours is too tight and the rubber is coming off, the rubber may have been glued in place without the glass being fully seated in the rubber. If you are going to re glue it, you might want to pay attention to fully seating it. Make sure there isn't any old glue keeping it from seating.
