side sill heat shield

I need to replace my heat shield inside passenger side sill. Local Dodge dealer says for a 97 GTS, I will need to buy new side sill to get heat shield. Any vendors sell them cheaper than $4500.00 they want to charge me?

In Iowa do you have smog control ?

If not, remove your cats and install Cat simms.
You will notice a dramatic drop in the cockpit temperature.
All mod should cost around 250$ and it is easy to do it your self.
