The door panels are dyed to match, and the seats, console, and knee bolsters are nice soft Italian leather.

They are actually a darker (richer?) grey than the stock panels. The stock ones look a lot more "blue" when they are next to these. The black is VERY black (although it doesn't really look it in the pictures). I think it's a lot nicer in person.... but I might be biased)

As far as price, I saw a post earlier where Chad is quoting $1995 to $2995 for complete interiors.
