Right now my Viper has high-flow cats and a corsa cat back on it. A few people have told me that it might be a good idea to get a dyno-tune? Would I get any added power from doing this?

Also, if i move to a state (Like nevada) with OBDII emissions testing would a dyno tune help, hurt or not make any difference? If I move, I just hope not to deal with any emissions issues. Any input would be helpful.

With your setup, there is really nothing to tune unless you reprogram your stock PCM or add something like the VEC2, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I also wouldn't worry about OBDII testing. As long as your not throwing check engine codes you will pass if they are doing the OBDII port test. In fact, I just passed with everything in my signature.
