Thanks in advance for the help. Does anyone have a set of of Gen 1/2 hood hinges they want to part with (I also posted on the Gen1/2 site). I am seriously debating trying to convert my hood/front fenders to the original Viper Clamshell design as part of my Street Serpent project.
If I go the standard route, I need to replace the inner fenders and by doing a clamshell conversion would eliminate the need (and expense) for these. I have my '93 for a frame of reference and it definitely looks do-able but am debating whether it would be worth the unknowns and trouble.
"Cool Factor" definitely makes me want to try it.
