STICKY Slicks

Thanks to everyone for the input on alignment settings for autocrossing. I won my first event this year. With as many racers that are members on this site I was hoping you might no the answer to this. Sticky slicks mean many stone chips on the wheel well and surrounding painted areas. What do you guys use to help slow down the paint sand blasting?
