Tony: Help w/ Upload Photos

Tony:

Trying to upload photos to the Media Section (License Plates). When I try I am not recognized by my name and password? What am I missing.

Sorry:

"Media" from the drop down menu above. Then Image Gallery, down to license plates. Then I click "upload" and the site doesn't recognize me???
