Maybe factory sponsorship of next years IROC series. Wow, nice to think that we could watch the best drive the best! Sure beats watching antique Firebirds.

I can't see how NASCAR templates would let a Viper slip through. Since when did NASCAR get interested in anything as exotic as Vipers? And by the time it conformed to the NASCAR book we would have something as different from a Viper as what runs in TransAm now.

That really isn't a Viper in Trans am. It has a V-8 in it. The other thing that I really don't like is all that body flaring gunk all over it. No real headlights, and no real tailights, it looks and is about as much of a Viper is a NASCAR intrepid is an intrepid.

I'm ot trying to be hsty or anything, i just think it's kind of a joke. I'm in no way tring to disrespect the team that fields the car but it just ain't a Viper.
