Updating link info

How do I get the link info updated for our regional chapter? The Oregon VCA chapter has a new website at www.OregonViperClub.Org (the old one hasn't been updated in about 4 years) and has a new president and contact info as well. I sent an email to the contact email address about 10 days ago, but never heard anything back. Can someone here help?
