I'm seeing alot of use of the viper logo thrown about lately, on products, on company logos, etc. etc.

What is dodge's stance on the use of the viper logo? Royalties paid on products or ??

The uses are either (1) licensed, (2) not trademark uses which would create likelihood of confusion as to sponsorship, endorsement, or approval, or (3) are being done illegally. It all depends on the products you are referring to.
