VEC1 owners share your settings for 97 GTS w/light mods!!!

I just installed my VEC1 and was curious as to what other 97 owners with light mods (filters, tubes and 3" cat-back) are using for their settings (already did a search for information!!)? I know that Shawn indicated a while back that 96-99 settings may be similar.

My setting at 4600' elevation are low: +16, high -14. Mods are: headers, 3" catless-back, cone intake, alum. flywheel, 3.55 gears. Engine has 5k miles after Arrow rebuild.

i have a 2001 w/ cat back, tubes and filters, and my settings are low +12, high -16
