Have you tried looking deep in the pouch behind the driver's side. I drove my car for a month before I found mine there. I'd bought it new... The dealer didn't know to look there either. In fact, they ordered me a new one.

I never received a video with either of my 97's. Either I got cheated twice or there was not a video available?
