VOI 12 - Who is going?

I am curious about how many Northwest Viper people are planning to go to VOI 12 in Charlotte? I am planning to drive there and I will be leaving on September 21st. Nancy is going to fly there and arrive on Wednesday afternoon. I plan to arrive in Charlotte on Wednesday the 26th. I am assuming I am the only one crazy enough to drive there, but I am hoping we will have some other familiar faces there.

For people going it would be nice to have cell phone numbers to be able to contact others while back there. We will be staying at the Embassy Suites through Sunday.

One of the Crazy Cannucks from Vancouver area is planning to have his car transported; cost is $ 4000.00 return. He tells me if they can fill the truck with 6 cars the price drops down to $ 3300.00.

Are you shipping your car there?

It will be nice to have some familiar faces from our region. In Utah , which was my first VOI, I was amazed how friendly everyone is and it is hard to find a stranger amongst the crowd.

I have the car well prepared and my plan is to run about 650 miles each day and arrive there on Wednesday afternoon. Nancy is the smart one and wil be flying and is also arriving on Wednesday.

James- I never realized how short you are! Only two inches taller than Rich and the same size as that runt Clint!

Guess I did get shorter from getting beat down so much recently.

Physically I still measure 5' 10" tall which compared to you is definitely short but I am not much shorter than the "King" Richard Petty who I would guess is about 6' or maybe 6' 1" based on this picture.

(This was certainly a highlight of the trip!)
