What To Use on 2000 Dash/Console

This may have been covered before...but, what is the best thing to use on the hard plastic dash, and the "elephant skin" door panels, and console? I know that some things can remove the Airbag lettering on the dash, and maybe we are better off leaving well enough alone.....but what would make it look uniform, and maybe just a touch shinier? I am guessing that maybe the Zaino leather product? Or......?

You don't want shinnier, trust me. My original dash was replaced due to a factory defect. The replacement does not have a matte finish and the glare on a sunny day can be plain dangerous. Want a slightly shinier dash? Wanna trade?
