Have a Paxton on my 02 viper, here in central Florida it gets heat soaked after 1 pull or 30ish min of driving or more.

What’s my options to upgrade the heat exchanger or other options to cool the IATS down??

You need to call Doug Levin Motorsports in Davie,FL - Nobody else on Earth I would trust more with a Paxton Viper (He built my Gen3 Paxton Viper, and it is amazing)
I drive it in Stop N Go Traffic in Dallas on 100* days nearly every day and it does fine. Make sure you are using 75% Water and 25% coolant in the exchanger.
Somedays it is gonna get hot if you are running A/C at full blast (that's why I run *******). Goodluck!

We offer both Pump and Cooler upgrades. However, given the season, both are out of stock right now. Probably about 30 days to get.

Doug is another great source if he has them in stock.
