What\'s it worth? 95 RT/10

What do you think a black 95 RT with the following is worth:

Carbon Fiber Dash
Short Throw Shifter
40k Miles
Brand new hood and paint ( beautiful paint )
Stock chrome wheels ( good condition )
Salvage title ( no frame damage, but all problems are fixed )
No hard top, but its got the soft top and windows

I'm thinking like 30k? Also, is there problems with insurance companies insuring salvage vehicles?

Not worth 30, expecially with salvage title and 40K miles.
The added "stuff" does not raise value.

There is some worth to properly repaired salvage cars but you have to really want it when there are vehicles out there with less mileage that were never written off for low 30s. Unless it is a [******] repair a salvage car is still worth at least 25k I think. There just aren't that many low price options but it has to be a thing of beauty for a salvage first gen to fetch 30k.
