Assuming you're looking for a Viper tech at a Dodge dealer to get warranty work done, best bet is to travel to Virginia to Manassas Dodge (Scott) or Jerry's Dodge in Springfield (Jeff). Both those guys are excellent. Herb Gordon in Silver Spring, MD has 2 good Viper techs, but the service department and service writers leave a lot to be desired.
