If you intend on doing business with Ken Nelson Chrysler/Dodge in Dixon Illinois be prepared for some 1½ Star Service. Bought the car back in Feb of 2000. Had a few scratches...some shabby, shabby work done on it. Had a rear trans seal replaced here at a local dealer in Wisconsin after 2 days of owning the car. After the people at Ken Nelson claimed to thoroughly go over the car before they could let it off their lot the mechanic changing the rear seal and i agreed they did no such thing. A drunk 12 year old with sunglasses on could've noticed the puddle under the car. Got tired of calling them about the missing tonneau cover. If you have been satisfied with any of their service...congrats.
