WTB: 1999 Black RT/10

I'm looking for a stock, or near-stock, 1999 Black RT/10 with cognac or black interior.

High mileage doesn't bother me, and in fact I prefer it as I plan to drive the car frequently, so I'd rather not pay a low mileage mark-up because I will be running up the odometer, anyway.

Existing Dodge extended factory warranty I'll happily pay for, as they can no longer be purchased for the '99 models.

My price ceiling is $43K, declining based on condition and mileage of the car, unless there is a warranty, for which I'll pay the value over my price ceiling.
