How much notice before SRT arrival?
Just wondering what kind of warning or notice I can expect before my SRT is actually delivered to the dealer - to have time to get things lined up, etc. I don't want it to be sitting around while I'm squaring away my biznus. Thanks, Daffy.- Daffy

I don't know about others but IMHO just because you want to make contacts with potential buying leads doesn't mean you're undermining the process, or doing anything the DC Secret Police would shoot you over. Green or Red EBCs???!?!?

Anyone with a Viper For Sale......
Ricky, You say viper but I'm not sure if you're looking for a GTS or a RT/10. If you're interested in a black on black 2000 RT/10, less than 9K miles, only mods are in my sig. Shoot me an email & I can send pics etc. Dave. BTW, very nice truck, but I'm not in the market for another SUV.- Daffy

1/4 Mile - Argh! Good in hole, but then ...
Well tried 2 runs at the local track & very frustrating. The track isn't a great one for sure, but ... I get out of the hole OK, 1.9 60 foot time (32psi in rear tires). Trap speed isn't bad at 118mph. But I tried shifting at 5800 and at 5200 on the two runs, both same result. Granny style...- Daffy

Thanks for the replies. They make me feel a lot better actually. Yep, 3.07 rear, only mods are in sig (by Jason I should add). Jason, I know you're right, next time I'll exert the extra effort and go to a better track, Capitol isn't that out of the way for me, that's my next outing for sure...- Daffy

I'm just using the stock tires & setup, I even left the AC on as it's not much of a factor. I went to 75-80 Dragway in Monrovia, MD. It's a small track and kind of known for not being great, but it was a spur of the moment decision as I was within 15 mins of it & decided what the hec. I think...- Daffy

SRT re-sale value, is there any $ there?
Seems like there's a consensus on there being some money there, and I agree there will be a sweet spot for it, which is kinda why I'm poking around now - even before I know exactly when my car is due. My thinking was, I have a deal for invoice price, if that's about $76K, plus taxes etc it's on...- Daffy

Best thing about the SRT/10
I believe the most impressive thing in what I've seen and heard so far about the SRT is the handling. The email I received from DC states performance targets that include 1.15G lateral acceleration. Does anyone here use the A/C?
FWIW, I use my AC on 90 degree plus days and haven't had any overheat problems, so I don't if I'm lucky or what. Dave.- Daffy
