2003 Viper GTS or beyond????

Viperholics,

I realize there is no GTS in 2003 (new model), but will there be one after 2003? I read somewhere that they are not going to make the GTS/coupe anymore. Is this true?

The official word is at this time there are no plans to produce a GTS version.

Simple translation, if we continue to show our enthusiasm and support to the Viper program then they will have to at least consider providing us with a GTS version down the road.

Remember that this is a common statement from a manufacturer. They are not going to discuss future products just to talk about them. When the time is right they will make a decision on whether or not they can justify two versions of a Viper. The last one took 4 years to follow up the RT10. Can we be in for the same treatment?????????
