Key location?

I noticed in a couple of posts that their is a key lock on the outside under the door? I have no idea where and would appreciate the exact location . I have a 2005 and am very new here.

it's not under the door, but on the bottom side of the door "crease" under the mirror...where the fender line runs across the upper door skin....and I think only on the drivers side....

DO NOT TURN THE KEY until you push in on the door!! YOU WILL break the key off!! By pushing in on the door and at the same time turning the key you'll take the presser off of the mechanical override!

How would a human know this? I guess i must know about everything now! I did kinda wonder what 6th gear is for!!!!!!!!
