Thanks in advance for the help. I have an exhaust leak coming from the drivers side engine area. It is more pronounced when first starting and almost seems to disappear when hot.

I retorqued the vband and stock exhaust manifold with no change. I could not feel or detect where the leak might be coming from after removing the heat shield.

I have the stock exhaust manifold with flex pipe, the second cat removed, and the mopar exhaust. All connections looked good.

Any thoughts?

If you believe it's around the stock manifold but cannot tell where it's coming from, I'm almost certain the manifold has a "crack" on the inside. You will need to remove it and inspect it. My best guess ... the manifold IS your problem.

Should be a warranty item if you still are covered.

Best of Luck!
