Oil pan gaskets CAN be reused if in good shape. OEM is not currently available as far as I know, but Dan Lesser does sell an aftermarket gasket made by Cometic.
No local recommendation but confirm with whoever does it that they will drill the chip prior to applying the epoxy. Some folks will simply slather the epoxy on and it won't make the chip disappear nearly as well as if you drill a small hole to inject the epoxy.
