Has anyone gone from a highly modified C5 to an SRT?

I have a Viper. My dad has a 2004 C5 modified by ECS. Just the other day, my dad and I agreed. If we had to do it over again, we would have bought 1999 FRCs. We would have brought them to ECS for a Paxton, LG, CCW setup. We would have the ultimate in high-performance cars. And for under...

Now This Is How You Drive A $900,000 Car

That was awesome. Please, anytime you come across these cool videos, post them. Post them twice. At first I was envious because the Maserati did not have a radio. But then I remembered -- it has door handles. Still, the MC12 is one mean car.

    Paxton...............Here I come!

I hear Jiffy Lube is twenty minutes away too.

    Paxton...............Here I come!

Roe uses an Autorotor twin screw. I prefer the twin screw blower to the the centrifugal for many reasons. The torque curve being among the first of them. Kenne Bell uses Autorotor twin screws as well. If you do a bit of research on Autorotor's blower I think you'll be rather satisfied...

Calling All 'Real' Vipers -- Not The Fake Ones

Re: Calling All \'Real\' Vipers -- Not The Fake Ones Why would any Viper owner reveal that their model year is the most refined? Is that not the worst possible thing to say about your Viper? Is this not the Dodge Viper forum? I could just imagine some kids watching me drive down the street...

Calling All 'Real' Vipers -- Not The Fake Ones

Re: Calling All \'Real\' Vipers -- Not The Fake Ones I never did the University cigarette thing. But I sure do like me some Milwaukee's Best Ice. I was only fifteen then, but I don't remember the Viper being compared to any car. It was hands down the rawest muscle car ever. Four hundred...

Calling All 'Real' Vipers -- Not The Fake Ones

Re: Calling All \'Real\' Vipers -- Not The Fake Ones When brothers are close they like to take jabs at each other. But there is nothing mean about it. Really it is just camaraderie. Something you pick up in boot camp when cleaning ******** on Christmas eve. Because the situation is so...

Calling All 'Real' Vipers -- Not The Fake Ones

Calling All \'Real\' Vipers -- Not The Fake Ones I'm interested. Are there any of us real Viper owners still around? I'm not talking about the fake wanna-be Vipers. I'm talking about the real American Dodge Vipers -- the ones still living only by legend -- the ones without air conditioning...

GEN I, GEN II, GEN III: Underbody - Technical pics

The first generation Viper is like The Empire Strikes Back. The other generations are like Attack of the Clones. Bloated technologies are clearly a remarkable improvement to simple masterpieces.

    Original Shifter

Now I know the reason Dodge doesn't sell the OE shifter for my 1993. To get it, I must also buy what it's attached to -- the entire transmission! Well, I'm not going to spend $5000 for a shifter. Nonetheless a stock one. I was told that the shifters from 1992 to 2001 were identical. Is this...

Other than Eibachs, keep it stock.

    Just A Few Comments

Yes, I had a four wheel alignment done after it was lowered. Other than this, my 1993 RT is bone stock -- and I love it. It looks so incredible lowered with no wheel gap. I could not be happier with the result. And I am amazed that, after the extensive road test last night, the car never...

    Just A Few Comments

Yesterday, I had Eibachs installed onto my 1993 RT. They are fantastic! Not only does the car handle like Formula 1 -- it looks incredible! The wheel gap has been eliminated altogether. And better yet, last night I road tested it over many nasty road bumps around Philadelphia, around...

    Original Shifter

I went ahead and ordered the orginal equipment from Dodge brand new. It's a few bucks ... but worth it.

    Original Shifter

I prefer the stock shifter because it just feels right. It is more a question of feeling than anything else. I never had a complaint with the stock shifter -- actually it was great! -- so I do not know why I changed it in the first place. Ultimately, I guess I replaced it anyway because it...
