    Thanks Mbccenter for the advice. I didn't know if I should change the gears or not. I called the mechanic and to change the gears 3.55 cost $1,600. He also said to drive the car first and then see if I want the gears.

    I spoke to Chuck. Very nice and knowledgeable man. I didn't have time to take it to him but he did tell me a lot of things. I trust the guy whose doing it. And by the way he's not the one who was against the supercharge install.

    I am sorry that you are getting drone with your Corsa. I just put a pair on with the hi cats and I love the sound. Also, its suppose to help with the cabin heat. Good luck. I have a 06.

    I am having a Paxton Novi 2000 put in my 06 GenIII. I just spoke to a expert on Vipers and he is not a big fan of the superchargers. He said for about $1,200 I should have changed the gear ratio and would have gotten the same power through all 6 speeds. Then he went on to tell me all the down...

    OK, I just brought a Paxton supercharger and I am thinking about taking it to a top tier installer recommended by Paxton. They want to charge me $3,500.00 plus tax. Can anyone tell me if this is a high price and can I get it at a lower price or is it a fair price. I have a 06 Gen III. Thanks

    I am a Viper Purist but I can see that the new Viper has to change.

    I agree lilgookiemonsta. I wish they would have left it alone. Its a RAW car and thats why we love it. If you don't like the RAW of the car buy a Volkswagon.

    DMan, to late I brought the unit. But still not sure about putting it in the car. The installer wants $3,500.00 plus tax. Does anyone know if this is a good price? What's the average price for this install. This guy is a Paxton high tier installer.

    I have a 2006 Viper SRT 10 with 1900 miles . I was thinking about putting a Paxton supercharger on it. Is it a good idea? Also I met someone with a unopened one for $5000.00. Do you think its a good idea to buy one from someone and save a lot of money or buy from a dealer?
