The Gen V doesn't ****!!!
Man am I glad I bought a Gen V. I'm even more glad that I don't give a tinker's damn what anyone else thinks about the V. Unlocking the PCM sounds trivial but I don't think it is. What it does is to allow the owner to make choices for aftermarket mods and that is a huge appeal to people who aren't wanting to garage the car but rather personalize it and drive the heck out of it. How many Shadow Blue Pearl 2013 SRTs are there?
They do look black and in fact, my DMV had me select black as the color. There are basically two light conditions I have noticed so far that make it obvious that it is not black. The first condition is under almost direct overhead sunlight and the second at night as the car reflects overhead...- HogWhisperer

I know of at least one other.... mine... Mine is solid, no stripes and I don't have a clue as to how many were made in '13, though I do know that color is not available in '14.- HogWhisperer
