94 insurance cost for a young guy

Try National Corvette Museum (NCM) insurance. They will adjust pricing on your yearly mileage. Vehicle must be stored indoors. I don't recall what my rates were initially, but I now pay $136 quarterly, wife included, on my 97 GTS and 88 Alfa Spyder. 3000 mile yearly limit. They also did agreed...

    Vinyl decals

OEM side decals are very hard to come by. I had to replace mine after they were removed for PPF. Unfortunately I couldn't find them in their original color. So I purchased some off ebay and painted them myself.

    quickjack suitability

I bought the same size as MoparMap. My 97 GTS has the lowering caps and the 5000 fits fine. I did have to buy the low profile pads as the stock ones are to tall. As others have said, they can be a pain to move around the garage. As well as take up a lot of space. If you can afford it, buy the...

    Insurance question

I have NCM (National Corvette Museum). I couldn't tell you my yearly cost as I have an older Alfa Romeo on my plan too. But I have a 97 GTS with an agreed value of 80K. I raised the value during covid and havent brought it back down. I am limited to 3,000 miles per year of driving.

    Plugs

I highly recommend what Dean said. But to build off it, remove the radiator tank too. It will allow the 2 and 4 plugs to come out easier as well. The LH bank will be a cake walk compared to RH bank.

Anyone know this '04 Mamba in Indiana?

Didn't the 04 and 05's have issues with an undersized bolt for the crank pulley?

Looking for cheaper insurance thats reliable. Tell me who you use. I use Hagertyat over $1000 per year.

I pay around $550 a year with Grundy. However I'm limited on the amount of miles I can drive. Only 3,000. Price jumped up a little for 5,000 miles, but was comparable with Hagerty and Hagerty gave unlimited miles.

    Wheel Alignment Pricing

My father is a viper tech as well. He also told me it took almost a whole day. I didn't have him elaborate as what it took, but he has saved my butt many times with my Gen II. So when he says it takes this or that, I put faith in his word.

    Gen II Airbox

Looking to source a 97 GTS Airbox. Was pulling valve covers for an engine ticking noise and had to pull the Airbox to hand crank the engine. Noticed a large hole cut into the bottom of my air box, letting hot engine air inside. Not sure why the previous owner did that? Nonetheless, we all know...
