Did anyone buy their used Viper sight unseen?
I did that with mine. I live in IL. Bought from CA. Had him send me pics of "problem areas" known on vipers.....ya know. under the front nose for scrapes...etc etc. I was also able to contact the previous owner through the dealer and get helpful info. Worked for me. No problems at all.- OLXRAM

I agree....Im out on the west side of Elgin and the roads are perfect out here. But no matter what you cant avoid the snow. Thats why I have the RAM with the 40's on her.- OLXRAM

Avoiding flat spots during winter storage
Nexus and Snakebitten... I think the reason you guys dont get the flat spots on your tires is due to the climate you guys are in. Im in IL and the temps have been pretty crappy here. If the car sits in the garage for 2 or 3 days in 20 degrees or below I have a flat spot to work out but it...- OLXRAM

BIG TIME TROUBLESHOOTING HELP NEEDED!!!
Look on btrviper.com They sell upgraded halfshafts for the viper. Its quite possible your U-joints busted and not the entire halfshaft. It will look fine until you turn it and youll see the bearings have left the caps.- OLXRAM

Strange Problem
Out of curiousity. How long did the car sit at the shop? Maybe they just jumped it before you got it back. Mines run rough a couple of times when i didnt put the battery tender on it for a week and it just took me disconnecting the battery and charging it for 20 minutes and it ran fine. Mine...- OLXRAM
