What does it take to own a Viper?

Reckless Driving charge...
Been there done that. Exhibition of speed. BS charge considering I was going 25mph in the Accord, making a left (the tires squeeled on the gravel). I had been drinking so I didn't complain. Regarding LA, I drive every day wondering how in hell there is so much visible smog when all I see is natural gas buses and Benzes/Beemers/Lexus' that basically inhale more polluted air than what comes out the tailpipe.
