sounds like the mixture is way off, like others have said...maybe a wire isnt connected right or not at all or is bad.
After that...maybe a clogged cat.
I had 3" HFCs (belanger that are inside the frame) and 3" corsa cat back and it was too loud for me.
So I added these between the two.

Sound was perfect afterwards, still loud, way more refined.
Gotcha...but that's just at peak pressure. The flow and pressures will vary up until that point is reached. But yes, it's the overall system that also determines pressure, etc...
There's a lot to oil beyond temp, pressure, flow....it's a crazy science. Every variable is a trade off.
I'm not sure what you mean by all hot oils flow the same. If that were the case then it wouldnt matter if you ran 10w-20 or 10w-60...you're saying they all flow the same rate and pressure?
Pretty sure this is definitely not the case.
a 0w-40 and a 10w-40 should theoretically flow the same...
order everything from the US. Jon B @ viperpartsrack or Nick Reid @ Reid Performance or Havik or P1...etc... Shipping will be worth it. Especially on smaller items.
The parts arent bad, the labor is intensive.
