Bought my 2014 Orange TA from John at Roanoke and I am very happy with all aspects of the purchase. I bought several other Vipers from Bill at Woodhouse very happy with all my purchases from Bill. I don't think you can go wrong buying from any of the the big three, Roanoke, Woodhouse or Tomball.

Tons of places. Start searching on cargurus.com and start doing zip code searches in overlapping pattern. Just keep working your way out further. It'll show dealers with inventory and then it'll link directly to the dealers page. Takes a little while but works well.
A dealer here in MI has an orange TA for $112k. I came close to buying it but the GEN5 is not for me. I drove a 750HP GT-R and now I can't go back. If you are interested in it, PM me for the details.
