In my experience track hustlers who hedge on their driving expertise, also fudge on the configuration of their cars. I watched the videos and believe I heard a hidden nitrous solenoid clicking open after he hit second gear. Very distinctive.
Add both the nitrous and the water/meth. Neither is going to break the bank and they work well together. If you have a stock fuel system, the meth will assist in adding more fuel.
These more recent numbers are much closer to what you can expect with your mods on a MUSTANG dyno than what you first experienced. Numbers from where you first had the car dynoed were always on the high side for many who had their cars run there.
Not hard to do with easily made adapter brackets. The seats are larger than the Gen II's and you will sit higher in the car. The Gen III seats weigh much more than the Gen II's also.
Don't let these guys give you too hard of a time as I had a former girlfriend do the same thing only worse. She drove for over 50 miles in my GTS with the E brake fully engaged.
I ended up having to replace the rear rotors and pads as well as run with an air freshener for a few weeks...
Water/methanol is a significant benefit especially when you consider the low cost and the fact that Roe has a kit set up for the Viper. The water/methanol 50/50 mix boosts your octane, cools the intake charge hugely and can be another source of getting fuel into your engine.
I had the older Borla and liked it a bunch, even with the RT metal cats. My next car had the new Borla and that is why I'm running 3 inch sewer pipe now, new Borla sucks.
