I can't speak for Craig, but personally I'd rather NOT see a recruitment drive. It improves the odds for the people who have been there all year and keeps from "diluting the pool" (if you catch my drift). The site been fortunate to be able to do things for its members because of some generous...- pj

I just completed my last transaction with Jon B
When you are on the phone with a customer, is it a good idea to put that person on hold to tell another person to "please hold" or call back later? If you are just going to tell someone to call back - why not just let them leave a message? I would rather leave a message and get a callback...- pj

Unfortunately the email is being sent via an anonymous remailer. Not much we can do to track the owner, although the link to the remailer is interesting in itself (from my point of view). The vca.org should have been the first key since that isnt our site.- pj
