    I find this a little surprising. Why would this be? The Corvette Racing Team has been running at LeMans (and roadcourses here in the States) for a very long time. They have been using V8s from 7.0L down to the current 5.5L and have never been prone to overheating.:dunno:

    Agreed. In spite of the new excellent interior, it's hard to justify the current MSRP. The highest MSRP I have seen so far is $155k on a GTS....that's a lot of dough for a Viper. SRT made a mistake trying to price the car at those levels.

    The AWD is a killer in a straight line. I drove an Aventador in Vegas last year and was not impressed. Cramped and unbelievably difficult to get in & out of. On the roadcourse, it went into understeer way too easily. http://www.exoticsracing.com/

    I do think price (especially in these economic times) is playing a part. For example, I found a GTS with a price of $155k (will PM the link to anyone interested). Agreed. I guess I was referring to the lack of a Roadster and ACR....something a lot of guys are hoping for.
