    Not comparable...the G4 was released during the depths of the recession (2008-10). Besides, the G4 experience lead to a 3 year hiatus for the Viper. Do you have a link to the Vette numbers? Agreed.

    Agreed. I don't really understand what Dodge is trying to do with our beloved Snake... Why would they be willing to add more to a relatively slow moving or static inventory going into the winter? What dealer would take more cars they can't move? Heck, maybe they will just wait until the middle...

    Who else has been following our guys in the TUDOR Series this year?

    Not so sure....being a "track guy" doesn't necessarily correlate to being a fan of SRT's Team Viper. I think the series is under new ownership now. Trans Am was once a big deal, but it doesn't seem to be anymore. Who knows? Maybe that will be the car's future....:dunno:

    With current inventory barely moving, why would Dodge want to add to it? A different G5 would help, but in its current configuration it would be silly. Neither would I. OTOH, maybe a G6 is the way to keep the model going from here? If it's technically and financially doable, then YES.

    The ONLY way for a factory restart for a 2015 Viper that is virtually unchanged is current inventory has to be blown out the door at ridiculous prices. There is no other way at this point. Hopefully, a new gen is being planned for next year...

    Nice build....sorry to hear about the lack of new PCM. You mention the Eibachs lower the front 5/8" and the rear 1/2". Can the Eibachs lower further? IMO, the stance of the G5 is too high (like many other cars). If the Eibachs are at their lowest, is there another way?

    Possible 2016 Supercharged

    Never had a problem with my G1 SRT8. Drove the poop out of it too for 25,000 miles. Granted, the chassis is harsh (common for a solid axle rear-end). Precisely...:)
