I am in Colorado. I bought my 2001 on Ebay from a guy in Montana last September. I had him take it to a viper tech in Billings, Montana. I had the Viper tech check the car out and fax me the report (cost about $80-100 if I remember correctly). Good luck! My deal worked out perfectly.
I use Broadway Dodge (on Broadway...go figure). I forget the name of the Viper tech. Claims to have worked on Leno's Viper years back. I haven't had much work done, but that is probably where I would go if it needed it.

I also pull the IOD (I think that is what it is called) fuse. This is the fuse that keeps sending power to the clock and interior lights and such which continually drain the battery (very modestly).
All the Denver-area folks...every Friday night at around 7 pm there is a get together of nice cars at the corner of Hampden and Tower (east side of town) in the parking lot of the Express Lube. While I was there, we had 2 Ford GT's, a couple of Shelby Cobra's, 2 Z06's, several tricked out...
not for that kind of money...but there are companies that handle advertising "wraps" on special cars (I imagine they would love to have a Viper for advertising)....I think the pay depends on what kind of car...but I believe it is something like $300-600 a month depending on several variables and...
I am getting P0135 and P0155 that relate to my o2 heater circuit. Is this something I should be concerned about? Can I just clear it and make it go away? Please advise. Thanks!

According to my service manual: "located on the rear of the cylinder block just below the right cylinder head."
