Has anyone put Line Loc on an ABS car?
Andrew, Have you looked into buying the OEM ABS parts? There is an "ABS controller" behind the fascia which plugs into the ECU. I belive the ECU is the *same* from 1996-2002, so all you would need would be that controller + the factory parts (at the very least ABS sensors and the modulator...- Mike Brunton

Where can I get items powdercoated?
J Dawg, The other thing you could look into would be DIY! :) Check out www.caswellplating.com never tried their powdercoat system, but I've used the cad plating and it worked great.- Mike Brunton

VEC-1 - any documented improvement in 1/4 miles as a result?
Get your car dynoed... if it is above 400RWHP, and you are still getting only 116mph, it means you are shifting way too slowly. When I shifted quickly, MPH was 120-121mph on a basically stock car (414RWHP). When I shifted badly, it would be 115-117MPH.- Mike Brunton
