Not sure if they're drilled or cast. Cast is the only way to go. With drilled, you are simply shooting crap ... with a lot of $.
Regardless, Nick, call them and demand at least a replacement!
Taking Kendric's suggestion one step further, as a DIY cheap alternative, you could consider the following and use it on the underside areas which are less visible:

I'll grab some pics this weekend. On a black car, I think they look very good, a nice subtle finish to the well. But they aren't obvious on black. On other colors, I think they'd be quite noticable which might influence the "look". As always, it's a matter of personal choice and opinion.
When...
Your friend seems rather harsh and inarticulate. I find the silver stripes over black to be elegant and rather sleek. Don't know what to make of an interior that "sucks". Is it negative pressure? Guessing (though it's quite a leap from "sucks") it's the cognac color (since the leather and fabric...
I believe the "Mopar Controller" is Gen 4 ONLY. Yes, it will change all the engine parameters. If you search, you'll find several long threads of info and comments.
Just be aware that it will also cause failure (if not swapped out) for emissions testing in several states. NY and NJ for sure...
There's a "well" behind the seats that's actually pretty large (will hold a small/med duffle and a jacket ot 2). Problem is that the access is difficult via the inside and over the back of the seats.
Absolutely the best looking car available. Simply gorgeous.
Exactly the move I'm going to make when I get just a bit too old and feeble to handle my Viper.
Nothing personal to the poster, but can we avoid ever linking a "dyno" video under "favorites"? As far as I'm concerned, a dyno video might as well be a pic of the car's motor with the dyno sheet. Any more than 2 pics (OK, maybe a third pic of the catered lunch that day) is just a waste of...
Don't think he's tried the ACR X yet, but of the other 2, I think the weight of the CC overcame any of the most recent Gen upgrades.
If you've got he $, I don't see why you wouldn't want an ACR X.
Just for future reference, MIL and CEL are the same. We speak of a CEL only when it is "lit". It can be yellow or red depending on the nature of the code that caused the light. If it's not lit, then the code reader will be useless in this situation (although not a bad thing to own regardless)...
Are you throwing codes (i.e., check engine light (CEL) on dash)? If so, then post up the code and we can figure out the cause. May indicate some of the problem. But if there's no CEL, then it's not the issue.
It's a perfect cure to part of the problem. But it doesn't help at speed on most highways (in my area) when you encounter a road "dip" or road asphalt patch. You had better make sure to check your rear view before you stop to "inflate" too.
Sorry for the negativity. I SOOOO much want to...
Great day Jimmy! Who would have ever known that there's another Mt. Washington in New Haven?
Fun drive with incredible scenery. YOU DA MAN JIMMYYYYYYYYYYY! :headbang::2tu::headbang::2tu::D
Driving the car will have 50 times the influence on value than a rear deck spoiler. So either garage the car for 20 years or put it on and drive it.
Resale value .... sheesh.
This (or some alternative version) has been posted here before. I'm certainly interested, but I'm waiting for someone else to be the "beta" installer. LOL
