    Take another look Harold. My P Zero's say 220 for the treadwear and my Corsa's say 60. I believe the 220 rating is the same as the standard Michelin tire which was on the 08 non ACR Vipers. I drove a lot of highway miles and got about 25,000 miles per set. Fronts could have lasted longer. I...

    Never tried the hood---just the doors! Should have said lock the car with the fob and you can open the door without hitting the unlock button on the fob, if you have the fob in your pocket. Hood alarm will not go off either, if the fob is near the car. Bill

    Or he has the key fob in his pocket which is allowing the hood and doors to open. PeerBlock--lock the car and take your key fob away from the immediate proximity of the car. Return to the car without the fob and try to open it up.....don't ask how I know LOL Bill

    Very good review Jack. You will find the air conditioning more than adequate with the windows up. It was very good in the G4 and even better in the new car. To add to your list: Side pipe insulation is great--no wory about burning your legs wearing shorts. The whine is gone from the rear...

    Harold- I struggled with it for about a half hour and don't remember how I did it! LOL. Keep trying or call your dealer. I really like that feature---sorry no help. Might have had something to do with starting the engine after you set MPH--good luck--nothing wrong with your car. Bill

    I think you have it backwards---GTS gets either hood. SRT 6 vent only. So if exclusivity is your thing, buy the GTS and get the exclusive hood so you don't get mistaken for one of the guys like me who got the "POS Base Model" :) Bill

    There is a strap on the side of the seat you can route your seat belt through. That took care of the rattle for me. Bill

    I know of 2 just on the forum---NineBall and BrianGTS. I know of a few others not on the forum. Maybe ask your dealer to check one more time or call SRT and tell them what you think? Good luck! Bill

    But who knew this back when we were all placing our orders? Judging by all the Vipers available, I'd say these cars are not exactly flying off the showroom floor. It would have been a little ballsy, but ViperSmith might have bought his car for less money if he renegotiated his cancelled order...

    Not if the line is moving at the 8 or 9 cars a day rate. Actually more like 2 days. Final inspection can take quite a bit longer, depending on what problems are found and what has to be done to make the car perfect. Good luck---your wait is almost over! Bill

    If you are thinking of driving, why wait for a truck to take it to Nebraska, unless the dealer is doing some mods? You could fly into Detroit, do the factory delivery, take the tour and hop on I75 and go South.....probably a few miles less of a drive! Bill

    I would say there is not much the club can do. The cars are sequenced and I think it would be very hard to change it. VCA members were supposed to go to the head of the line How did that work out? My order was entered 3 minutes after the system started accepting them. I have the paper work and...
