    2003 Power Steering Pump Noise.

    I wonder if it's different for 04's and what the 04 service manual says to use. My 03 came from the factory with clear ps fluid, the recall was done with the same clear fluid and the 03 service manual states NOT to use auto trans fluid.The TSBs' seem vague. I'd be leery of putting ATF into an 03.

    Tom, the 03 Service Manual states many times DO NOT USE automatic transmission fluid for this power steering system.

    The appeal to NASCAR far surpasses LeMans in the country. Unfortunately, thats where Dodge is focusing its energy and resources. I don't care much for NASCAR and won't be watching LeMans without Dodge Vipers in it.

    Right on DOC BOB! :2tu: Having a true convertible top makes a big difference. The soft top on my RT/10 was a pain in the a$$ to take off and put on.

    Re: UGLY CAR! It's not JUST the color. It's 1 of only 50 special VCA edition cars. None are available for purchase to the general public. Can we say rare, exclusive and collectable. I bet people said the same when the Superbird/Daytona came out " man that wing is ugly". :rolleyes:

    Harmonic Balancer Bolt Loosened

    Ron is correct. These are the torque specs for the 03 SRT right from the service manual. Crankshaft Dampner is 250' lbs. I don't believe the 03s have had an issue with loose bolts.
